Well-being Gatherings
We will be guided by the rhythms of the land, supported by practices that ground us and revitalize the body, spirit and opens the heart. We will honor movement, art, and creativity as natural expressions of the human spirit — vital for our growth and vitality.
During this retreat, our purpose is to reconnect with well-being. We will do this through movement, as a path to inhabit the body with awareness; art, to deepen our sensitivity and nourish our creative capacity; and medicine, as a guide to look at ourselves with honesty, understand our lives, and move toward a fuller and healthier way of living.
