1. Registration and Payment

Your place in the retreat is confirmed once the registration form has been completed and the required deposit or full payment has been received. Payment details will be provided upon registration.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date may receive a refund minus a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are generally non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled by another participant.

If the retreat is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of payments made.

3. Travel Arrangements

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and travel insurance. Except for the shuttle from the airport to Our gathering place in Mindo-Ecuador in the determined dates.

4. Health and Well-being

By attending the retreat, participants confirm that they are in suitable physical and mental health to take part in retreat activities such as yoga, meditation, movement, nature walks, or other wellness practices. Participants should inform organizers of any relevant health conditions.

5. Personal Responsibility

Participants take full responsibility for their personal belongings, health, and well-being during the retreat. The organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during the retreat.

6. Program Changes

The retreat schedule, facilitators, and activities may change if necessary due to weather, availability, or other circumstances.

7. Respectful Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the space, other participants, the facilitators, and the natural environment. The organizers reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to the group.

8. Media and Photography

Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer not to appear in such materials should inform the organizers in advance.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the retreat, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
